Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Exchange We offer free exchanges on sizing issues. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and final clearance pieces are non-returnable.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

Defective Items If you receive a defective item, we'll replace it immediately at no cost.
